Where someone sits, Lead or Potential, and which sequence they are in, decides how
they should be moving through Apollo. Three switches control that movement.
Remove from sequence exists today
The Apollo Sequence State field on the Lead record. Set to Stopped, they come out.
Confirmed, add to sequence needs creating
For a contact from an imported list once the email is validated and ready to go in.
Pause until a date needs creating
For someone who has asked to wait, so the nurture holds until that date instead of continuing.
Both switches need to travel with the person from Lead to Potential, so the same
field exists on both records, not just the Lead.
Why this matters now
A rep quotes someone and converts them to a Potential, and a cold intro can still go out on the old track.
Someone asks to hold off for a while, and the nurture keeps sending anyway.
Need from you
Go-ahead to add the two missing fields above, on both Leads and Potentials, so all
three switches exist in the same place for the reps.
